Use Keywords to Restrict Auto-Replies to Specific Campaign Sequences or Regions

To prevent your email or SMS capture auto-reply from triggering for support use-cases, use the new DM Keyword filter:

3. Select DM Keywords Contains [a keyword previously sent in an early step]

Multi-Region Use

If you manage multiple Gatsby and Klaviyo accounts connected to the same Instagram account, you can use regional keywords to direct contacts to their correct region.

For example, set up auto-replies with region-specific keywords in each Gatsby account. Let's say you're running a giveaway, simply instruct Instagram users to DM you the word “sun” if they’re in Canada and “fun” if they’re in Australia.

This is how the Canadian Gatsby account setup would look:

 

Trigger Keyword Auto-Reply:

Email Capture Auto-Reply:

And the Australian account would look the same but using the keyword "fun" instead.

This way the Instagram User would trigger the correct auto-reply and sync to the corresponding Klaviyo account.
